Welcome to Sedona Bell Rock Retreat, a stylish two-level townhome surrounded by mature landscaping and spectacular red rock views. Located in the Village of Oak Creek, near hiking and biking trails, golf, spas, shopping, and restaurants, this 1,182-square-foot escape comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two king suites, 2.5 bathrooms, and multiple outdoor spaces. Enjoy an open main level, private balconies, outdoor dining, and unique artworks.

Wonderful place and very clean. I might suggest having a box of tissues handy. Also, the refrigerator leaks (likely a drain clog) and our food got wet. Overall it was a nice stay.

The condo was extremely clean and furnishings were mostly top of the line, especially the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. The listing says the living room furniture is "brand new" but it is definitely not. The couch should be replaced. The area rug in the living room is coming up on two corners and is a trip hazard. One of the patio blinds is missing which gives a view to the inside after dark.When we walked in there was no electrical power in the unit - no lights, a/c, etc. I sent a mssg to the owner via VRBO and then tried calling him but got no answer, so I left a voice mail. We didn't know if we should unpack, or if we should go buy groceries for the weekend (with no refrigeration). After some time my husband finally went next door and learned their power was off also. Nearly, two hours later It was beginning to get warmer and darker inside so I tried calling the owner again. He answered and said he had just forwarded me a link to a message from the power company saying the outage was area wide and they were working on it. By this time I was pretty fed up and I felt not receiving either a phone call or a mssg from the owner himself was totally out of line. He said it "was an act of God" and "there is nothing I can do about it". His handling of the situation was not what I expected and it put a real damper on our overall experience and feelings toward this rental.

This place is great! Amenities are well thought out with care for the guests. I felt like I was at home, but cleaner and more luxurious. I like that it was outside of Sedona proper and quieter. It was so central to everything that we were able to cram a lot in 2 days. Slept great in the comfy beds. Balcony views, one with beautiful sunsets, and hearing coyotes at night was above and beyond what we expected.

Perhaps it was due to the "For Sale" sign in the window, but the owners were largely disengaged during our stay, despite several requests to fix a recurring furnace noise (loud enough to wake us at night every time it came on), or to make Wi-Fi work. Lots of little signs of neglect. You should bring your own HDMI cables if you want to use the TV's.All that said, the townhome is in a beautiful location about a mile from Bell and Cathedral Rock hiking, and Sedona is a few miles up a gorgeous but often crowded road. It also has some decent creature comforts. Thus the 3 stars.
