Lapa neighbourhood in Lisbon is a charming and vibrant area with a rich history and plenty to offer. Situated on the hillside overlooking the Tagus River, Lapa is known for its beautiful mansions, elegant stately buildings, and leafy streets.

One of the highlights of Lapa is its tranquil atmosphere, making it a perfect place to escape from the bustling city centre. You can stroll along its narrow, picturesque streets with colourful houses and impressive architecture.

Lapa has several embassies, giving it an international flair and a cosmopolitan vibe. The neighbourhood boasts traditional Portuguese charm and a modern, upscale ambience. You'll find various restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops offering a range of cuisines and unique finds.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station is Santos, Av. 24 de Julho, a 10-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport: a 27-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
