Guests will have private access to the home and its available amenities for the duration of the stay, including the private hot tub, living and game areas, kitchen, laundry, deck, and designated parking areas. Any locked owner closets or restricted storage areas are not included in guest access.

Registered guests only: Only guests included in the reservation may occupy the home overnight.
Maximum occupancy: Occupancy may not exceed the number approved in the rental agreement.
Age requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.
Hot-tub etiquette: Shower before use, do not bring glassware into or near the hot tub, and replace the cover securely after each use.
Parking: Vehicles must remain in designated on-site parking areas and may not exceed 4 cars. No street parking is allowed under Town ordinance; violators may be ticketed or towed.
Check-in and checkout: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout requires advance approval and may be subject to a fee.
No pets: Pets are not permitted at the property.
No smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
Furniture and technology: Do not move furniture or disconnect home technology without approval.
Snow removal: Driveways, walkways, and designated snow-removal areas must remain clear.
Mail and residency: Mail, deliveries, and residency documentation must comply with the rental agreement.
