The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Príncipe Real is a charming and upscale neighbourhood in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal. Known for its elegance and tranquillity, this district offers a unique blend of historic charm and contemporary sophistication. Príncipe Real is characterised by its leafy streets, historic mansions, and beautiful gardens.

One of its main attractions is the Jardim do Príncipe Real, a picturesque garden featuring a colossal cedar tree and a stunning iron-and-glass pavilion. The park is often a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. Additionally, Príncipe Real is renowned for its vibrant cultural scene, with numerous art galleries, boutiques, and upscale restaurants dotted throughout the area.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Pç. Flores, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
