The upper level is the home's main hub, with a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area alongside a second lounge.



Large windows and sliding doors bring in plenty of natural light, while views towards the water and bay add to the relaxed coastal feel.



The upstairs living area opens onto the deck, creating an easy spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a book or unwind after a day at the beach.



The kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable holiday stay, including a dishwasher, full-size fridge, oven and ample bench space.



Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the upstairs living area provides year-round comfort.



The upper level also includes bedrooms and a family bathroom with both a bath and separate shower.



Downstairs



Downstairs offers another comfortable living area with a large TV and direct access to the backyard.

Nearby Batehaven offers an IGA, cafés, takeaway options and everyday essentials, while Corrigans Beach and its popular waterfront reserve and children's playground are also close by.



Batemans Bay town centre is only a short drive away, with restaurants, shopping, the marina and the Clyde River waterfront to explore.



Getting Around:

While a car is recommended for exploring the wider Batemans Bay region, Casey's Beach is easily reached on foot.



Batehaven shops and cafés are only a few minutes away, while Batemans Bay, Surf Beach and many of the area's beaches and attractions are within an easy drive.
