Wake up to uninterrupted ocean views and the sound of the waves at this absolute beachfront home overlooking beautiful Boomer Beach in Port Elliot. With the sand and ocean just steps away, it’s a special spot to slow down, relax and enjoy one of South Australia’s most loved coastal towns.

The home is designed to make the most of its incredible position, with sweeping ocean views from the main living areas and two of the three bedrooms facing the sea. The third bedroom provides additional comfortable accommodation, making the house ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. Enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the water, relax after a day at the beach or simply sit back and watch the ocean from the comfort of the house.

Located in Port Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula, the house offers the best of both worlds: an absolute beachfront escape while still being around a 10 minute walk from the centre of town.
