Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, this condo offers beautiful Gulf views from your private balcony and puts you just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
Relax in the bright, comfortable living area while enjoying Gulf views through the large windows, or step outside onto your private balcony with your morning coffee or an evening drink. The living room features a Smart TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a breakfast bar and dining area overlooking the Gulf.

• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Parties are not allowed.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
