Set on a large double lot with beautiful lake views, the Ranch House has plenty of room to spread out, play, and relax. Three bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open directly onto the expansive back deck, so the lake is always just a few steps away. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, fire up the grill for dinner, or gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down. The private dock is the center of summer fun. Cast a fishing line, stretch out in the sun, or jump right into the lake. With a diving board, it’s a swimmer’s paradise and a favorite gathering spot for kids and adults. And lake season doesn’t have to end when the water gets chilly! The heated swim spa is perfect for a relaxing soak, a refreshing swim, or simply enjoying the outdoors and lake views in cooler weather. Inside, there’s plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. A large open kitchen, living room, and game table makes room for everyone. The bunk room sleeps up to a cozy 10, making it perfect for cousins, kids, teens, or a big group of friends. WiFi and modern amenities provide all the comforts of home, while the garage is stocked with recreation options to keep everyone entertained. Whether you’re fishing at sunrise, spending the afternoon jumping off the dock, soaking in the swim spa, grilling dinner on the deck, or staying up late with your favorite people, The Ranch House is made for the kind of lake weekends you don’t want to end. Located on Monkey Island, you’ll be close to some of Grand Lake’s favorite restaurants, golf, marinas, and local attractions.
