The house has two televisions- one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Both TVs are smart TVs. There is wifi available for guests.

The kitchen comes equipped with a regular coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo coffee and espresso maker, crock pot, Instant Pot, blender, baking sheets, and pots and pans.
