The space
Your Home Away from Home:
This spacious townhome comfortably sleeps 8 adult guests and 4 children across 4 cozy bedrooms (5 if counting lower level sleeping space) and offers 3 full bathrooms. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or both, this home is perfect for groups looking to relax, bond, and have fun together. The property is equipped with plenty of kid-friendly amenities, making it an ideal choice for families with children.
From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel right at home. The welcoming mudroom leads into the main floor, where you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room with a deck overlooking Loon Mountain, and a dining area perfect for meals together. The main floor also includes a convenient full bathroom.
On the second floor, there are 3 inviting bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds—along with a full bathroom. The top floor is the ultimate kids' space, featuring 2 bunk beds and a playful atmosphere. There's also an extra single mattress tucked under one of the bunk beds for added flexibility.
The finished basement offers even more space to spread out, with additional sleeping option (a day bed that converts into a queen-size bed), an oversized couch and a 75” TV. This fun extra hang-out area also has a full bathroom with a washer/dryer.
Outdoor Bliss & Scenic Views:
Step outside to the private sunny deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Loon Mountain while relaxing in Adirondack chairs or sinking into the comfy outdoor couches. The deck also overlooks the tennis courts, adding a touch of recreation to your peaceful retreat.
