Clean & cozy beachy studio w/ a full kitchen in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Queen-size bed, couch and loveseat, Wifi, 5 min from Nokomis Beach (12 min on bike). 7 min from Venice Beach.
Nokomis Community Park (tennis, playground, basketball, kayak access) behind our backyard w/ access to Legacy Trail (biking, walking). Walking distance from Captain Eddies Seafood Bar and Nokomo's Sunset Hut. Publix nearby.
Great for couples, small families, friend or solo getaways.

This is a studio unit with added curtains for some privacy. One queen-size bed in the bedroom and a couch and loveseat in the living room. We have two window ac units that provide great cooling. A full kitchen for cooking. A bathroom with a standup shower.

great getaway close to beaches to find numerous shark teeth and breathtaking sunsets. Owners very accommodating!

The place was nice for the value but it could be upgraded with better towels and instead a mixture of plates and glasses more conformity. It seemed a little like a college hang out not one for a single adult.
