It’s fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The adjoining living/dining area features a spacious couch and gas fireplace.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen bed and a full-size Murphy credenza bed, plus its own TV and private bathroom.
Golf enthusiasts will love being close to Wild Dunes Resort’s two acclaimed Tom Fazio-designed golf courses. Play the scenic Links Course, with holes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, or enjoy the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway setting of the Harbor Course. Both courses are available on a pay-to-play basis.
The villa is conveniently located near the Sweetgrass Inn, resort restaurants, pickleball and tennis courts, bars, shops, and The Spa at Sweetgrass Inn. Local partners provide rentals for beach towels, beach chairs and bicycles.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays.
Starter kit provided which includes toiletry amenities and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags) for the first 24-48 hours of your trip.
Please note - The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS.
