About this apartment rental
This property is the full first floor of a four-plex. Two similar units upstairs may be hosting other guests. The covered front porch is entirely yours; the backyard is shared. Everything behind your two front doors is completely private. The two apartments do not connect internally — each has its own entrance off the porch, just steps apart.
There are three steps up to the front door. The home itself is all on one level, but there are three exterior steps from the driveway up to the covered porch. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, message us before booking.
There is no washer or dryer on site. There is no laundry in either unit or in the building. For a week-long stay with a big group, plan to pack accordingly or use a nearby laundromat.
