Bedrooms
Three bedrooms sleep 6 guests comfortably, with a mix of king, queen, and twin beds suited to couples, kids, and solo travelers alike. A portable bassinet/crib combo and high chair are on hand, making this a natural fit for families with little ones — and the twin bedroom closet even includes a few kids' toys and books to keep them entertained.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, with a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, and all the essentials for cooking like you're at home — plus toddler-friendly plates and utensils for the little ones. A sliding glass window opens to three bar-height counter seats, accessible right from the extended Florida room.

Living & Gathering Areas
Open living spaces give everyone room to unwind together, whether it's movie night after a beach day or planning tomorrow's adventures over morning coffee. The living room flows into a Florida room leading to the pool, complete with a cozy rattan sitting area for that easy tropical feel. On the other side, the dining area seats six comfortably, with extra leaves available for larger groups. A buffet cabinet stocked with games and puzzles is ready for rainy days or game nights.

Outdoor & Pool Area
Step outside to your own private, screened saltwater pool — professionally serviced weekly and solar-heated for cooler days. A poolside mini fridge keeps drinks cold and within reach, and the fully fenced yard offers a safe, private space for kids and pets to play.

Garage & Extras
The garage doubles as beach headquarters, stocked with chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach toys, all ready to grab and go. A washer and dryer are tucked in here too for effortless laundry days, and the driveway fits up to four cars.

Guest access
Guests have access to the full property with exception to the owners closet.

Other things to note
House Rules & Guest Policies

• All guests staying at the property, including children, must be disclosed at time of booking and match the reservation guest count. The only exception is an infant, bringing the total to 7.

• Before check-in, each adult guest (18+) must complete a guest registration form and provide a copy of valid photo ID.

• Pets are welcome only with prior approval and must be added to the reservation before check-in. A pet fee of $100 per stay applies and only one pet is allowed. Pets must not be left unattended in the home or on the pool deck, and guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or mess.

• Pool use is at each guest's own risk — no lifeguard on duty. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times by an adult.

• No diving, no glass containers in the pool/lanai area, no pool access outside posted hours.

• All screened lanai doors and pool safety gates must remain closed and latched at all times.

• Guests assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage occurring on the property during their stay, to the extent permitted by law.

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the home, furnishings, pool equipment, or other property caused during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.

• Undisclosed guests or occupancy beyond the reservation may result in immediate stay termination without refund.

• Guests agree to comply with all City of Venice / Sarasota County short-term rental rules posted at the property.

• No parties.
