Welcome to your London home! This is also a home - not just a rental - where we keep some personal items and we have kept original furniture and decoration so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.

This is a tasteful and spacious fully equipped apartment with all you may need for your stay. Every room (living, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) has a good size and lots of light. We also have a medium sized balcony with lovely views over the Thames.

Ideal for a professional on a business trip or relocation or for a couple or small family visiting London

This is a spacious 1 bed/1 bath that has been recently refurbished and decorated with lots of care! It is an ideal place for leisure or business traveller that need to be in the Fulham / Parsons Green / Wandsworth area or for those relocating into London and in need of a temporary place.

The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and storage for your belongings.

The living room is spacious and features a small balcony from where you can enjoy lovely views over the river Thames, either side of Wandsworth Bridge, across to Battersea (on the left) and Wandsworth (on the right). It features an L-shaped sofa where you can socialise and watch TV. We can prepare it as a sofa bed if you are 3 guests. This room benefits from good natural light. We also have a small desk where to work or study.

The kitchen is quite large for a 1bed. It is fully equipped and has a small table for your breakfasts

The bathroom is really nice and clean. The shower pressure is ideal.

Our flat is located on the 5th floor and there is a lift

You will find a big Sainsbury's supermarket as well as other amenities nearby

We can offer parking within the building at an extra cost. Please ask us in advance so that we can confirm cost and availability. We can also offer a space in the bike shed

This is a home and personal items are kept in it. We will ensure there is enough space inside the wardrobes/drawers/kitchen/fridge for your belongings and groceries but will ask you to respect the areas where we will store personal belongings We also kindly request our guest to keep the decoration and equipment in their original place.

We will stay in touch with you before your stay and we will personally meet you for the check-in and provide you with some tips to make the most of the area and London. We love traveling and we love making our guests make the most of what this wonderful city has to offer! As we will not be staying in the property, but we are just a call, email or a text away!

ID Verification:
The main guest must provide a photo of an official ID prior to your arrival or at check-in (photo of ID to be taken alongside the keys we provide for your stay). This is a standard security measure based on past experiences. We need to confirm that you are the same person who made the reservation and who will be responsible for the keys and the property.

Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-in: From 3 PM
- Check-out: By 11 AM
- Please contact us promptly if your arrival time changes. Same-day changes to check-in time may incur an additional fee if not communicated in advance

Late/Early Check-In & Late Check-Out are subject to availability and to be agreed in advance. We can only confirm within a few days prior to your arrival/departure date.
- Early check-in: we try to be as flexible as possible. We may agree to this when a self check-in is required or may be available for a fee.
- Free luggage drop-off: usually from 12pm but to be agreed in advance. Our team can provide the keys but we kindly request our guests to then leave so our housekeeper can do her job properly.
- Late check-in: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible. We cannot guarantee this is possible for last minute reservations. A fee may apply.
- Late check-out: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible or if we can keep your luggage for a few hours.
- Late check-out without prior agreement: £50/hour or fraction

Security Deposit:
We reserve the right to request a security deposit for direct reservations or via platforms (other than Airbnb). This is to be paid prior to your arrival date. The security deposit is refundable after your departure provided there is no damage to the property or its contents, loss of keys, or breach of our House Rules. We will reach out with any questions for potential claims and will confirm its total or partial return after we clean/inspect the property.

Sleeping Arrangements: please let us know how many guests and beds you require so we can prepare accordingly
- Infants are charged at £18/night. Airbnb or other platforms do not apply this automatically so we will send you a request to cover this cost. Please let us know if you require a baby cot so we can try to organise this.
- An extra bed (sofa bed in the living room) is automatically offered for parties of our maximum number of guests, which is 3. It is also possible for smaller parties of 2 people who may want to sleep separately. This is to be agreed and paid for in advance. A one-off extra fee of £35 applies for setup and laundry service. Please note that for same-day reservations we may not be able to set up the extra bed (at least not for the first night).

Additional Charges: We reserve the right to charge fees for:
- Breach of our House Rules
- Complaints from neighbours
- Lost, unreturned, or damaged keys
- Excessive rubbish or cleaning required after departure

Our flat is located near Wandsworth Bridge and the Thames riverside, within walking distance from Parsons Green and Fulham neighbourhoods.

Public transport options:
- Buses: there are multiple connections from the 4 bus stops right outside (and to the left and right of) the building exit
- Imperial Wharf (Overground): a 5-10 minute walk East up Townmead Road, heading for Chelsea Harbour
- Fulham Broadway (underground - District line): a pleasant 10-15 minutes walk North up Wandsworth Road to the junction with New Kings Road.
- Parsons Green (underground - District line): another pleasant 15-20 minutes walk North up Wandsworth Road to the junction with New Kings Road.

Conveniently located to 24 hour bus routes into the City and West End and all local amenities.

The Location
Fulham is a lovely residential village-feel area which will get you away from the tourists and make you feel like a real local Londoner. Nestled in the riverbend just to the West of Chelsea, Fulham is home to lots of good local pubs and restaurants, mainly wholesome, straightforward places, as this is an unpretentious part of town. You have everything you may need in the area, including unique shops on King's Road or a great atmosphere on Chelsea match days. Fulham has a Village feel to it and most of the riverside pubs and restaurants are really quite long-established, which adds to its authenticity.
