The home features a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a large island. The bright and airy dining area invites shared meals and conversation, while the comfortable living room offers plush seating and a welcoming space to unwind. Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, where you'll find everything you need for both relaxation and fun—including covered lounge seating, a private putt-putt course, and games for all ages.

Kitchen: The white and bright kitchen features quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a large center Island that seats 3. The stainless steel appliances include a glass-top stove, a large French door refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and a blender. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining: The large table faces the deck and accommodates 8 easily

Living Room: The living room features a large L-shaped couch, coffee table, and flat-screen TV

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: Parking allows for 3-4 vehicles in the front of the property, depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no street parking.
