Guest Bedroom 1 includes a comfortable queen-size bed and 50" Smart TV.

Guest Bedroom 2 features two twin bunk beds, making it a great space for additional guests or visiting grandchildren.

The guest bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combination.

For added convenience, bathrooms are stocked with towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Villages Guest IDs

A Villages ID is not required to stay in the home.

Guests who would like access to eligible Villages amenities available to renters may obtain Villages Identification Cards.

The cost is $50 for two IDs. Simply send us an email, and we will complete and submit the application on your behalf so your IDs can be processed before your arrival.

Approximately one week before check-in, we'll send you an email confirming your IDs are ready along with pickup instructions.

House Guidelines

We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note:
- Smoke-free and vape-free property
- No parties or events
- No pets
- Guests must follow all local laws and community standards
- Parking is limited to standard personal vehicles
- No boats, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles
- Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old
- Minor children are permitted for reservations of up to 30 days

Mail & Deliveries

For privacy and security, guests do not have access to the home's mailbox. If you need mail service during your stay, convenient PO Box rental options are available nearby.
