Located in Blanquefort, in the Maurian district, one of the oldest in this town, 10 km northwest of Bordeaux, our gîte "Le Vieux Figuier" welcomes you for a stay with family, friends, or for your business trips. Ideally located, a 15-minute walk from the train station, you can reach Bordeaux city center via Tram C or the TER, as well as the Pointe du Médoc. You'll also appreciate the proximity of various shops (grocery stores, bakery, etc.) within a ten-minute walk. Adjoining unoccupied outbuildings, the gîte features a private, enclosed outdoor space with garden furniture and a barbecue. You'll also have access to private, secure parking for up to two vehicles. Our gîte consists of a living room with a dining room and lounge, and a separate kitchen with a dining area. Two steps provide access to the three bedrooms (two 140x190cm beds and two 90x190cm beds), one of which has its own private bathroom. A separate bathroom with a large shower and toilet. The cottage is equipped with gas central heating and reversible air conditioning (only present in the main room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms). Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation. Sheets, kitchen linen and heating are included in the rental price. Possibility of renting bathroom linen and cleaning at the end of the stay. (optional paid services). Arrival from 6 p.m. on weekdays and 4 p.m. on weekends. NON-SMOKING GITE.
