Located in the heart of the vineyards of southern Gironde and on the outskirts of Bordeaux, the "Chai Max" gîte welcomes you for your stay in this fully restored former wine cellar. It is situated in a hamlet in the village of Saint Selve, close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, Saturday market, etc.). You can enjoy the many activities offered in the surrounding area: hiking trails through natural landscapes and vineyards, exploring the region's historical and cultural heritage, summer events (local festivals, shows, open-air cafes, etc.), and much more. The gîte, all on one level, comprises an entrance hall, a beautiful living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge opening onto a private courtyard, three bedrooms (three 180x200cm beds that can be separated into 90x200cm beds), one of which has its own en-suite shower room, a separate shower room/WC, and a separate WC. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. You will have a private courtyard furnished with garden furniture, a griddle, and a hot tub for relaxing moments. Private parking is available in front of the cottage (not enclosed). The cottage is located near the home of the owners, Laure and David, who will give you a warm welcome and remain available throughout your stay (no overlooking properties). Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day will be charged based on the meter reading. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning can be rented (for an additional fee). The price includes bed linen and kitchen towels. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, and a flat rate of 8 kWh/day for electricity.
