Welcome to this authentic barn converted into a gîte located about fifteen kilometers from Bordeaux, in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards, near the famous Sources de Caudalie and the prestigious Château Smith Haut Lafitte. Ideal for wine and nature lovers, this accommodation will be the starting point for many walks to discover the illustrious neighboring châteaux such as Château Carbonnieux, Château Bouscaut, Château La Louvière, and Château Larrivet Haut-Brion. Situated on enclosed grounds surrounded by organically grown vineyards, the gîte offers a pleasant setting for your stay. The ground floor comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge opening onto the terrace and garden, as well as a separate toilet. The upper floor includes two attic bedrooms, one with a 140x190 cm bed and the other with two 80x190 cm beds. Each of them has a small private bathroom open to the bedroom (separated with a curtain) with shower (shower door width: 50 cm), sink, storage and electric towel dryer. Sheets are included in the price. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of the stay (optional paid services). The cottage is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning.
