This home is very private with a glorious view of the bay. The title Mud Bay seemed kind of a put off, but we didn't experience any mud. It was hard not to spend a lot of time just watching the birds and the changing light on the bay. There are so many fascinating pictures and objects to admire. Our grandson loved looking at the music selections. All the appliances worked well and it was great to have a washer and drier. We'd like to come back some time in the future.

This property worked well for us on our recent visit to Lopez Island. The beds were comfortable, the view was lovely and the setting was peaceful. The appliances were all in good working order and there was plenty of kitchen items, plus a full washer and dryer. The WiFi was stable.
It was not fancy but it was quite homey. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

The description said two twins and two full beds and all it had were two full beds. The house appeared to be very poorly maintained, and there were a lot of basics that were missing. The outside chairs were not usable so even with that gorgeous view you couldn’t really sit outside.
