This North Fort Myers house has 2 bedrooms and den, including a king bed and two queen beds. Guests enjoy a peaceful retreat with two bathrooms, The main bedroom has a bathroom, and 2 sink vanity with a walk in closet. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining room and breakfast nook beside it. The lanai has a table, grill, and sitting area. The great room opens up to the lanai bringing that outdoor feeling closer. There is a front porch sitting area as well. The rules for the complex require full month bookings only, from the first of the month.
The outstanding amenities and events available for guests to use are a clubhouse with community pool and sauna, restaurant and bar, concert hall with 10 concerts a year and restaurant. There is a well equipped fitness center with numerous machines, 10 tvs to watch while working out, and physiotherapists and masseuses to hire. Pickle ball, tennis, and bocce ball are available. You can enjoy an 18 hole Ron Garl designed golf course and Pro Shop.
Lastly this quiet resort like community is centered not far from Tampa, Orlando, and Miami, as well as Disney World. The Kennedy Space Center, the Everglades, and the Keys are a few hours drive, and the Keys can also be reached by ferry from Fort Myers. My house makes a great homebase. We hope you enjoy your stay.
