Beautiful, cozy apartment of about 50 sqm on the 2nd floor with a balcony offering lake and mountain views, ideal for 2 guests. In just 3 minutes on foot, you reach the lakeside lido, the boat dock, and Lake Constance. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with natural light. The living room, like the entire apartment, has elegant parquet flooring. The inviting dining area and the fold-out sofa are perfect for relaxing. The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with a toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, pots, dishes, and cutlery. Your car can be parked safely in front of the house, and thanks to the central location, you can reach all amenities quickly on foot. There is a garage for your bicycles.
