Welcome to Soleil All Day, one of our Poochella Villas vacation rentals that supports animal rescue, with 20% of the proceeds from our homes donated to animal rescues around the country.
Soleil All Day is a unique 3 bed/2 bath pool home, with a spacious, enclosed outdoor living space surrounding the pool. The home has 2 bedrooms with king beds, and 1 with a queen bed, and accommodates 6 guests. The enclosed outdoor space has a second dining table, as well as lounge seating for 7, an outdoor shower, and opens to the spacious, private, fenced backyard.
The home has a large driveway with parking for up to 6 cars, a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 smart tvs, and wireless internet.
Soleil All Day is located in Largo, Florida, just 5 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, 8 miles to Clearwater Beach, 20 miles to downtown St. Pete, 22 miles to the Tampa Airport, 33 miles to Busch Gardens, and 50 miles to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park.
Up to 2 Dogs welcome with an additional fee of $150. Dogs must be crated if left unattended, crates are available at the home, but pet beds are not supplied. Also there is one section of the yard with a short approx. 4 foot tall fence in case you have jumpers.
No smoking of any type allowed inside the home or in the enclosed pool space.
No events or parties are permitted.
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed to stay in the home, and must be at least 25 years old to book.
The pool area is enclosed, but the pool itself does not have a separate fence, and has a deep area so children need to be supervised at all times. The pool is not heated.
The driveway accommodates up to 6 cars, parking is not allowed on the lawn, or on the street.
Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am.
This home is under professional pest control, but in Florida's climate, insects are around throughout the year so please don't leave any of the doors open to allow for unwanted entry. Refunds will not be given if a few insects are found in the home.
The home features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry, and the camera does not look into any interior spaces. There is also a Ring floodlight camera facing the backyard.
