The space

Welcome to 'Royal Retreat!'

As you arrive, you're welcomed by a charming front porch that wraps around the side of the home, creating the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light from oversized windows and beautiful shiplap walls throughout. The inviting living room features comfortable seating and a large TV, making it the perfect place for everyone to gather. Just beyond, the dining room offers a beautiful wooden table with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need, featuring high-end appliances, a 6-burner gas range, gorgeous white cabinetry, a wine refrigerator, and a large island with seating for 4.

Also on this floor is a convenient half bathroom, as well as the first master bedroom, with a King bed, access to the back porch, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.

At the back of the home, step outside to your own private oasis! A spacious covered back porch features a cozy outdoor living area with a fireplace, TV, and a large outdoor dining table, creating the perfect space for relaxing or enjoying meals together. Just beyond, the expansive pool deck offers a private pool, sitting spa, plenty of lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill for easy outdoor cooking.

Upstairs, you'll find the second master bedroom, which is complete with a King bed, a desk area, access to a private screened-in balcony with a ping pong table (perfect for some friendly competition), and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The master bathroom also has access out to the screened-in balcony. Two additional guest bedrooms each have a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. There's also a bunk room off the hallway that features two built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, making it the perfect hangout for kids!

There is parking available for 3 cars, with additional parking pads located throughout the community.

Perfectly located in WaterColor, enjoy access to the recently renovated Camp WaterColor, community pools, scenic walking and biking trails, the WaterColor Beach Club, and the area's famous sugar-white sand beaches! Don't forget to take the included bikes to explore all that the area has to offer!

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is just a few doors down from the house and has its own kid pool!

Camp WaterColor is about a 5-minute bike ride. The neighborhood has a quiet, comfortable feel - great for kids to play. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and AMAZING playground for kids!

The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, spa, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
