These rules are in place to protect the apartment, respect the building's neighbors, and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Compliance is mandatory.

- No parties or events. The apartment is located in a residential building. Please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM.

- No smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the building's common areas. You may smoke on the balcony.

- No pets allowed. This is due to building regulations and to maintain the space in good condition for all guests.

- Maximum number of guests. The maximum capacity is 4 people (as registered in the booking). Visitors are not permitted without prior authorization.

- Use of amenities. The gym, BBQ area, multi-purpose room, and laundry facilities must be used in accordance with building hours and regulations. Rules are provided at check-in.

⚠️Fines for non-compliance. Any violation of building regulations or misuse of amenities resulting in a fine will be charged to the responsible guest. This includes excessive noise, improper use of common areas, and damage to the facilities.

- Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Entry is 100% self-service; instructions are sent prior to arrival.

- Care of the space. Please leave the apartment in reasonable condition upon departure: trash in the bin, dishes washed, and appliances turned off. Deep cleaning is included.

- Waste disposal. Please dispose of trash according to building guidelines. Do not leave bags in the hallway.
