✔ Guests will need to take a short walk to the clubhouse to access the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna

✅ Guests must pick up all waste and are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or disruptive barking
✅ Parties and smoking are not permitted
✅ South Grand Lodge is a shared condominium building, so normal hallway and neighboring unit sounds may occasionally be heard
✅ Shared amenities may be unavailable because of HOA maintenance, weather, or operational closures
✅ The outdoor walkway to the amenity area may be snowy or icy during winter; sturdy footwear is recommended
✅ Winter driving conditions can change quickly, and four wheel drive, chains, or traction tires may be required
✅ Cell phone reception can vary in the mountains, but WiFi is available for WiFi calling

Guest Count: Please keep your guest count accurate and within booking limits—this includes overnight guests and any daytime drop-ins. If it starts to feel like a surprise reunion, it’s probably too many. Parties and events aren’t permitted, but cozy gatherings and good conversations are always encouraged.
Check-In: Getting in is easy. The home is equipped with a secure electronic lock, and you’ll receive your unique code before arrival. Enter, exhale, and you’re on vacation. Codes are reset after each stay for your safety.
Photography & Filming: We agree—it’s a photogenic space. Professional photography or filming just needs prior written approval.
Damage Policy: Life happens. If anything goes wrong, please let us know so we can fix it.
The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage up to $1,500, as long as it’s reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out (Airbnb reservations excluded).
