Summary:
Located on Rue de Lille, in an exceptional setting at the heart of Saint-Germain, just a few steps from the Seine and the Musée d'Orsay. This elegant, recently renovated studio is ideal for discovering the capital from Paris's most prestigious neighborhood.
The Space:
The studio is on the first floor
The studio includes:
-Living area: Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), Smart TV, ceiling fan, ample storage, and high-speed Wi-Fi
-Fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, and a full set of cookware and utensils
- Dining area: a foldable table provides a comfortable spot for meals and folds down to free up space when not in use.
-Bathroom: shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo
Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay. The studio also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

- Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
- Breakfast starter box (coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits)
- Cleaning Kit (wash up liquid, bin bags, sponge, washer and dishwasher tablets)
Guest Access:
- You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a fully independent stay with complete comfort.
- Self Check-in: 48 hours before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.
- Our customer service team is available 24/7, before, during, and after your stay, to assist with any request.

You'll be staying in a prestigious and culturally rich part of the 7th arrondissement, at the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés and close to Les Invalides — perfect for exploring Paris on foot while soaking in a chic, elegant atmosphere. Just minutes away on foot, you'll find iconic spots for coffee or brunch, such as Café de l'Empire, Le Rostand, or Les Deux Abeilles, as well as celebrated restaurants like Café Constant or Le Violon d'Ingres, ideal for a refined Parisian dining experience. For everyday errands, several shops are within walking distance: Monoprix, Franprix, artisan bakeries, and produce markets offering fresh bread, fruit, wine, and local goods. - Musée d'Orsay (RER C): A key station providing access to multiple destinations across Paris, including direct trains to the Château de Versailles.
- Saint-Germain-des-Prés (Line 4): Direct connections north (Gare du Nord) and south.
- Rue du Bac (Line 12): This line runs north to south across Paris, with stops at key locations such as Montmartre.
Other Things to Note:
The studio is styled like a boutique hotel suite and does not feature a sofa.
Booking requirements:
- No security deposit required
- The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )
- The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund
House Rules:
- Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only
- Lost keys incur a fee of €150
