The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and provides a convenient space for preparing everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to family dinners after a day by the pool.

Sleeping accommodations are arranged with families in mind. Upstairs are a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a guest bedroom furnished with two twin beds. The main floor includes a bunk room intended for children. The living room also provides a sofa bed. While the property can accommodate up to 10 total guests, we ask that no more than eight adults occupy the home.

All four bathrooms add convenience for larger groups. Three feature walk-in showers, while the main-floor bathroom includes a tub and shower combination. Outside, the private pool creates a relaxing alternative to the beach and gives families their own place to cool off, unwind, and enjoy the Florida sunshine without leaving the property.

Security Cameras: This property is equipped with exterior security cameras, including a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and a backyard camera.

The home has a private swimming pool. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in and around the pool area. Guests are responsible for following all posted pool and property safety rules.

Pool Care Guidelines: Please rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the pool, especially after beach use. Removing sand, sunscreen, and oils helps maintain the pool for all guests.

Pool Service: The pool is professionally serviced every Monday. Please be aware that the pool service technician will need access to the backyard and pool pump to complete the scheduled service.

Trash Collection: Trash pickup is every Tuesday and Friday. Please place the trash can at the end of the driveway for collection and return it to its designated location under the carport afterward.

The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests total and no more than 8 adults. The main-floor bunk room is intended for children only.
