The Neighborhood:

Located on a quiet, tree-lined residential street on the edge of the Telegraph Hill Conservation Area, between New Cross and Brockley in south-east London. Telegraph Hill Park is a short stroll away, with sweeping views across the city skyline from the top. Brockley is a favourite with locals for its independent cafés, bakeries, pubs and the Saturday Brockley Market, while New Cross offers a livelier mix of restaurants, bars and the Goldsmiths University scene. Peckham and Deptford are both within easy reach for galleries, street food and nightlife. You're close enough to central London for work or sightseeing, but come home to a calm, leafy street.



Getting Around:

Brockley station (London Overground & Southern, Zone 2) is about a 9-minute walk, with direct trains to London Bridge in around 10 minutes and Overground services to Shoreditch, Canada Water and Highbury & Islington. New Cross and New Cross Gate stations are roughly 15 minutes on foot, with fast links to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross.
