Next door, the well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals at home, while a downstairs WC adds extra convenience.



Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms. The main double offers ample clothing storage and a dressing table, while the second bedroom features two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. Both share a modern bathroom with a shower.



With driveway parking for two vehicles and Westward Ho!’s impressive beach just a short walk away, this comfortable home makes a fantastic base for couples, families or friends looking to explore the beautiful North Devon coastline.



The Neighborhood:

This home is the perfect base for discovering the beautiful North Devon coast, with beaches, golf, walking and great local food all within easy reach.



Directly opposite the house is the historic Royal North Devon Golf Club, offering spectacular links golf beside the sea and Northam Burrows - perfect for keen golfers looking to fit in a round during their stay.



The beach is around a 10 - 15 minute walk or just a 3-minute drive away, making spontaneous seaside days wonderfully easy. The vast sandy expanse around Westward Ho! is ideal for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding and family beach days, while the dunes and grasslands of Northam Burrows Country Park provide beautiful walks and opportunities for wildlife watching.



There are plenty of local amenities close by, including Pig and Olive, a popular spot for freshly made pizzas and relaxed food after a day outdoors. Nearby Westward Ho! has a good selection of cafés, pubs, restaurants, shops and traditional seaside treats.



For a change of scenery, visit the picturesque fishing village of Appledore, with its colourful streets, independent galleries and waterside pubs. Across the estuary, Instow has a sandy beach and several excellent places for lunch or sunset drinks.



Walkers can explore sections of the South West Coast Path, while cyclists can join the Tarka Trail for miles of mostly traffic-free riding through North Devon’s countryside and along the estuary.



Further afield, head to Croyde, Saunton Sands and Woolacombe for some of Devon’s finest surfing beaches, or spend a day discovering the dramatic landscapes of Exmoor National Park.

Getting Around:

For those bringing a vehicle, there is a private parking space for 2 vehicles on the driveway outside. However, you won't need to use it much, as the home is ideally situated so you can walk to most of the local amenities.



There are also lots of local buses that run throughout the day to the surrounding area if you don't wish to use or bring your vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

A Ring Doorbell is fitted next to the front door for your security.
