The living room provides plenty of seating for unwinding in front of the TV. Turn on the electric fireplace, settle in for a movie, and recharge for tomorrow's adventures.

The home features one private bedroom located just off the living room.
The bedroom faces the front of the property. Because the home is located along a busier street, guests should expect some traffic and street noise, particularly in the front bedroom.
We want guests who may be sensitive to noise to be aware of this before booking.

Prefer to make some of your meals at home?
The kitchen is stocked with the essentials needed for everyday cooking and includes a stovetop and microwave.
Please note that the kitchen does not have an oven.
A stacked washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen and available for guest use throughout your stay.

The neighborhood has a relaxed, residential feel while keeping you close to the best of Sandusky. You’ll be just a short drive from Cedar Point, downtown restaurants and shops, the waterfront, marinas, and other local attractions.
Whether you're visiting for a day at Cedar Point, enjoying Sandusky’s waterfront, or exploring the local restaurants and entertainment, this location makes a great home base for your stay.
Getting Around:
Having a car is recommended when staying here, especially if you plan to visit Cedar Point or explore the surrounding area. Cedar Point is just a short drive away, making this a convenient home base for park days. Downtown Sandusky, restaurants, shopping, beaches, and other local attractions are also easily accessible by car.
Uber and Lyft are available in the area and can be a convenient option for evenings out or trips around town. During the summer, traffic around Cedar Point can be heavier, so plan a little extra time when heading to or from the park.

Note: While there is a microwave and stovetop, there is no oven.
HOUSE RULES:
NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.
As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
