The Space:

Perched above Point Loma, this extraordinary five-bedroom architectural home was designed to make an impression. Its signature wave-inspired curves wrap around the residence, while walls of floor-to-ceiling glass showcase sweeping views across San Diego and create an incredible connection between the home, the sky and the city below.



Step inside and the architecture continues to surprise. Curved walls, expansive glass, beautiful stone and warm wood details flow throughout the home, creating spaces that feel dramatic yet comfortable. The main living area is made for gathering, with lounge seating, a modern fireplace and an open connection to the kitchen and dining areas. As evening arrives and the city lights begin to glow through the glass, the entire home takes on a completely different feel.



Upstairs, three king suites offer private retreats, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The spectacular primary suite is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views stretching across Point Loma toward the San Diego skyline. Curtains provide privacy when desired, while the wraparound balcony offers another beautiful place to enjoy the coastal breeze and views.



The primary bathroom creates a spa-like escape with dual vanities, walk-in showers and a soaking tub. Two additional king suites complete the upper level, each with its own private bathroom. Downstairs, two queen bedrooms share a full hall bathroom, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.



For a little friendly competition, the dedicated game room features a pool table and opens directly to the outdoor area through large glass doors.

The Wave House is located in beautiful Point Loma, one of San Diego’s most scenic coastal neighborhoods. Known for its incredible views, coastal charm and relaxed atmosphere, Point Loma offers a quieter residential setting while keeping you close to everything San Diego has to offer.



Spend the day exploring nearby Ocean Beach, Sunset Cliffs and Mission Bay, enjoy the restaurants and shops at Liberty Station, or head Downtown for dining, nightlife and waterfront attractions. San Diego International Airport is also just a short drive away, making the home especially convenient for traveling groups.



With beaches, dining, entertainment and some of San Diego’s most iconic coastal scenery nearby, Point Loma is an ideal home base for experiencing the best of the city.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring San Diego, and The Wave House offers convenient access to many of the city’s most popular destinations. Ocean Beach, Sunset Cliffs, Liberty Station, Mission Bay, Downtown San Diego and the airport are all just a short drive away. Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area.



The home offers garage parking, along with limited driveway and street parking. Larger vehicles may be better suited for the driveway or street due to garage clearance.

Definition of a Party or Event

A party or event is defined as any gathering where the total number of people on the property exceeds the number of booked guests plus four (4) approved visitors, as outlined in the Maximum Occupancy & Visitors section below.

Violation Fee: Up to $1,500 per occurrence.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

• The following are not permitted at any time without prior written approval:

DJs or DJ equipment

Amplified speakers or sound systems

Live bands or entertainers

Bachelor, bachelorette, and birthday celebrations are welcome provided they remain small, respectful, and fully comply with all Terms & Conditions, occupancy limits, and noise regulations.

• Personal chefs, outdoor catering, and hibachi grill services must be approved by the Host at least three (3) days prior to check-in.

• San Diego Quiet Hours

Guests agree to comply with the City of San Diego's Noise Ordinance, which requires quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

• During quiet hours:

No outdoor music is permitted.

Please keep conversations at a respectful volume, as sound travels farther at night.

If excessive noise is reported, neighbors may contact the Airbnb Community Disturbance Hotline and/or local law enforcement.

Immediate termination of the reservation without refund; and/or

Removal of all guests and visitors from the property.

• Maximum Occupancy & Visitors

Overnight Occupancy

Only the number of guests included on the reservation may remain on the property between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Daytime Visitors

A maximum of four (4) visitors who are not included on the reservation may be present at the property between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, provided all other house rules are followed.

The total number of people on the property may never exceed the number of booked guests plus four (4) visitors unless prior written approval has been provided by the Host.

• Occupancy Violation Fee

Guests exceeding the permitted occupancy or visitor limits will be charged a fee of $500 per person, per day and/or per night for each individual over the approved occupancy limits.
