SeaChase 405W | Gulf-Front Corner Condo with Wraparound Balcony

Wake up to sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico at SeaChase 405W, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo located directly on the sugar-white beaches of Orange Beach. Offering approximately 1,542 square feet of living space and accommodations for up to 12 guests, this Gulf-front condo provides plenty of room to spend time together, along with a large wraparound balcony and access to SeaChase Resort's impressive collection of amenities.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, you'll be close to local seafood restaurants, waterfront dining, shopping, golf, fishing charters, boating, and popular attractions such as Gulf State Park and The Wharf. Spend the morning on the beach, cool off in one of the resort's pools, explore the area in the afternoon, then return to your private balcony for Gulf breezes and sunset views.

Your Space
The bright and spacious living area provides a comfortable gathering place after a day along the Gulf. Two sofas, including one that converts into a queen-sized bed, and two chairs provide plenty of seating, while large windows bring in natural light and showcase the coastal setting. Doors open directly onto the oversized wraparound balcony, where a table and seating for 4 create a great spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or watching the sunset. The balcony overlooks the west pool and hot tub while also offering sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and everything needed to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Two bar stools provide additional seating at the breakfast bar, while the dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. A separate wet bar with a sink, mini refrigerator, and ice maker adds extra convenience for keeping drinks and refreshments close at hand.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, sofa, TV, Gulf views, and direct balcony access. A large picture window lets you wake up to views of the water before stepping outside to enjoy the coastal air. Both guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and TV, while the guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

The Center Tower is home to the indoor heated pool, fitness center, 2 saunas, children's splash pad and wading pool, zero-entry outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, conference/meeting room, and beach access and 2 elevators.

West Tower Amenities:
The West Tower offers the West outdoor pool, infinity-style outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, direct beach access, BBQ grills, and 2 elevators. The resort's tennis/pickleball court is also located adjacent to this tower.

With pools spread throughout the property and the Gulf just steps away, you can easily spend the morning on the beach, cool off in one of the pools, enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball, or relax in a hot tub at the end of the day.
