The Space:

Stuy House is a refined four-bedroom, three-bathroom Brooklyn retreat designed for elevated city living. Set in the vibrant Stuyvesant Heights area, this light-filled home blends classic brownstone character with contemporary comfort, creating an inviting sanctuary for families, friends, and extended stays. High ceilings, warm hardwood floors, elegant architectural details, and thoughtfully curated furnishings give every room a sophisticated yet welcoming feel.



The spacious living area is ideal for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying a movie after a day in the city, while the sleek kitchen offers the essentials for everything from morning coffee to shared dinners. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms provide restful accommodations, including two queen beds and two full beds, making the home especially comfortable for larger groups. Three well-designed bathrooms add convenience and privacy, while the private gym makes it easy to maintain your routine throughout your stay.



Step outside to enjoy the home’s inviting outdoor space—perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or dining under the open sky. Located near Bedford-Stuyvesant’s celebrated restaurants, cafés, galleries, and neighborhood shops, Stuy House also offers easy access to Manhattan, nearby parks, and Brooklyn landmarks. Other Things to Note:

Pet policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge.



Please do not bang or drop weights, as the gym is located above another area of the home.



Yard lights need to be plugged in to operate.



Please put the cornhole game away after use.



The table insert is stored in the cabinet.



Mid-stay cleaning is available weekly for an additional $350.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Security Deposit Policy:



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
