About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming three-storey house for rent in Beignon. It has a floor area of 165 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 28 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
- An 8 m² utility room
- A separate toilet
First floor:
- Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)
On the second floor:
- Bedrooms 4 & 5: each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 6: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room (with shower and toilet)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A private, furnished courtyard of approximately 50 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoors
The house is ideally situated in Beignon, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- Hiking: trails in the Aff Valley, including the Circuit de Lancelot (7 km), accessible on foot or by mountain bike
- Family leisure: Aleth Pond and the leisure centre in Saint-Malo-de-Beignon, with walks and family activities
- Brocéliande: Paimpont Abbey and Lake, storytelling walks, hiking, kayaking and the ‘La Porte des Secrets’ immersive trail
- Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan: the Officers’ Museum and numerous ceremonies throughout the year
- Local heritage: Beignon Church, with its historic stained-glass windows, and the house of Father Gabriel Deshayes
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private courtyard (one vehicle).
For any additional vehicles, there is a large, free public car park about 30 metres from the accommodation.
