About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Paris, complete with Wi-Fi (fibre optic), measuring 67 m² and accommodating up to 5 guests.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
All rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
