The fenced backyard features a pool with built-in bar seating and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Upstairs, the second-floor balcony includes a grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating for relaxing in the evening.
The temperature-controlled Florida room doubles as a game room with a ping-pong and foosball table, a large couch, and views of the backyard. It gives both kids and adults another comfortable place to gather, play, or relax away from the main living area.
Inside, the home has bright coastal décor, an open living area with a smart TV, and a spacious kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a large island, and plenty of counter space. It includes three bedrooms, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, and a private laundry room.
Beach supplies and a beach cart are provided to make trips to and from the nearby shoreline easier.
