The space
About this space
Just minutes from Atlantic Avenue and the beach, this fully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers about 2,500 square feet of modern, comfortable living — the kind of stay that feels finished, private, and easy from the moment you walk in.
Inside, the house has a clean contemporary look and is furnished throughout with high-end pieces from Baer’s Furniture and Restoration Hardware. The rooms are spacious and inviting, with enough room for everyone to gather without living on top of one another. Impact windows and doors are installed throughout, the home is wired with 1-gig fiber internet, and brand-new high-end televisions are already in place. A two-car garage and landscape lighting add convenience after dark and after a day in town.
The backyard is designed for the way people actually vacation in Delray. The patio and pool are completely fenced, so evenings feel settled and contained. The pool equipment is brand new and top of the line, including an exceptional heater, a new salt system, and a multi-color pool light. Just beyond the water is a patio and outdoor bar, a Napoleon grill, dining for eight, and a Samsung The Terrace outdoor television — built for warm nights, a late dinner outside, and a game on after the beach.
This is a turnkey Delray stay: renovated, thoughtfully furnished, and set up for slow mornings, Atlantic Avenue dinners, and nights by the pool...
Welcome to Delray Beach – The Village by the Sea!
Discover one of Florida’s most charming coastal towns, affectionately known by locals as “the Village by the Sea.” Delray Beach offers a rare and special blend of beautiful beaches, walkable vibes, and authentic local character that sets it apart from the rest of South Florida.
Why Guests Love Staying Here:
Exceptional Public Beach Access
Enjoy one of the few cities in Florida with miles of wide, beautiful public beach. Unlike many neighboring towns, Delray has very few buildings built directly on the beachfront, giving you open, unobstructed access to the sand and sea. Relax in the sun, swim in the turquoise water, and truly unwind.
Fantastic Beach Parks
Spend your days at beautiful oceanfront parks:
Gulfstream Park offers free parking, restrooms, playground, picnic areas with grills, and direct beach access — perfect for families and groups.
Atlantic Dunes Park provides a more natural, dune-filled experience (paid parking nearby).
Beach-to-Downtown Walkability
One of Delray’s biggest advantages — after a perfect beach day, simply walk or take a short stroll to vibrant restaurants, cafes, and shops. This is something you won’t find easily in Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, or most other Florida coastal cities.
Iconic Atlantic Avenue
Stroll down Atlantic Avenue, named one of USA Today’s “10 Great American Shopping Streets.” This charming, tree-lined street is full of personality with local restaurants, unique boutiques, art galleries, and lively nightlife. Big chain stores are limited, giving it an authentic, cozy village feel. Guests often tell us they never want to leave the area!
Delray Beach has become the go-to destination for locals from Boca, Boynton, and beyond. With incredible dining, great cocktails, live music, and a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere, there’s truly something for everyone.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a fun family vacation, or a lively friends trip, our “Village by the Sea” delivers the perfect mix of beach relaxation and walkable excitement.
We can’t wait to host you in Delray Beach — where unforgettable memories are made every single day.

Florida Climate & Pest Notice
Please note that our homes are located in Florida’s tropical climate, where insects are a natural part of the environment. At any time of the year—and especially during the rainy season—you may encounter insects such as ants, spiders, palmetto bugs, or other common Florida pests both outdoors and, on occasion, indoors.
Our properties are professionally serviced on a regular schedule by Native Pest Control, one of the area’s leading pest control companies. However, due to Florida’s climate and frequent rainfall, no pest control company can guarantee a completely insect-free environment.
If you notice an unusual amount of insect activity during your stay, please let us know. The only available solution is to schedule an additional pest control treatment, and we will do our best to arrange this as quickly as possible. Please note that service availability may vary, especially on weekends and holidays.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept that occasional insect activity is a normal part of staying in Florida and is not considered a cleanliness issue or a defect of the property.
The vast majority of our guests enjoy their stay without any issues related to insects, and we appreciate your understanding of Florida’s unique tropical environment.
