Step inside to a bright and spacious living room and kitchen featuring stunning quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

The apartment features two comfortable Queen bedrooms, each equipped with blackout curtains and 40-inch Roku TVs for relaxing evenings after exploring Fort Wayne. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and guests will appreciate the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer.

Enjoy fast WiFi throughout the property, plus one dedicated off-street parking space located behind the building. Additional street parking is available along 4th Street.

Please note this is the main level, LEFT-side unit in a multifamily 4-unit building. This property is NOT ADA compliant. While this is a ground-floor unit, there are three steps required for entry. If you strongly dislike stairs, we do not recommend this home, but we'd be happy to suggest another one of our properties that may better fit your needs.

We provide a welcome package of essential amenities to get your stay started comfortably! This includes toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and basic cleaning supplies. For extended stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.

Outdoor Grill: Shared grill will be available once outdoor improvements are complete. Guests must bring their own propane/gas.

This is a strictly no-smoking property. Evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home will result in a $300 smoking mitigation and cleaning fee.

Late Checkout: Guests who remain on the property more than 30 minutes after the scheduled checkout time without prior approval will be charged a $50 late checkout fee.
