Every bed is made up with a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided.

ChampionsGate is a 24/7 guard-gated community. Collect your gate passes at the manned gatehouse at Nature Ridge Drive & Semicolon Ave — those passes also open both the Oasis Club and the Retreat Club: resort pool, lazy river, waterpark, splash park, movie theater, fitness center, kids playground and sand volleyball court.

Free street parking directly in front of the house, with no limit on the number of cars.

THE AREA
ChampionsGate is a quiet, guard-gated resort community off I-4 in Davenport, built around two championship golf courses and aimed squarely at families visiting the Orlando parks. Restaurants, a Publix and the resort clubhouse are all inside or right beside the community.

A car is the practical way to get around — there is no public transit to the parks.

GOOD TO KNOW
Pool and spa heating is optional and costs $45 per night for the whole stay. It must be confirmed and paid at least 3 days before arrival. If you request it after check-in there is an extra $30 for the maintenance visit to switch it on. The pool and spa heat together and cannot be heated separately. In winter allow 24 to 48 hours to warm up, and the heat pump will not reach 88F when the outside air is at or below 55F.

The BBQ grill is a paid add-on: $120 per week. Any stay of 1 to 7 nights is $120, then $12 for each night beyond 7. One propane tank is included.

This home is self-catering. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels we leave out are travel-size starter amounts for your first use only. They are not restocked during your stay, so please plan a grocery run — Publix at ChampionsGate is about 4 miles away.

There is no daily housekeeping and nothing is restocked mid-stay. The home is professionally cleaned before you arrive, with fresh linens and towels waiting for you.

Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided. Pool towels are not.

Cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee and coffee filters are not supplied.

There is no cable TV — the smart TVs stream over WiFi.

Parking is free street parking in front of the house, not a driveway or garage.

A Ring video doorbell covers the front door. It is exterior only and runs during your stay. There are no cameras inside the home.

Trash: bag your indoor trash daily and place it in the bin outside the front door. The HOA collects every morning.

Please keep the thermostat at 65F or above. The AC unit freezes below that and repairs are charged at $1,000.

Packages: UPS, FedEx and DHL deliver to the door. USPS does not deliver to vacation homes here.

POOL & SPA RULES
Use the pool and spa at your own risk — there is no lifeguard on duty.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No exceptions.
No diving, jumping, running or rough play around the pool — the deck is slippery when wet.
No glass or alcohol near the pool or spa, and please do not use them after drinking.
If you are pregnant, please do not use the spa.
Please do not adjust the pool or spa equipment.

HOUSE RULES
No parties or events.
No smoking of any kind, indoors or out — $500 cleaning and deodorizing charge.
No pets — $500 charge if a pet is found in the home.
Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, enforced by the county sheriff's office.
Minimum booking age is 21. Valid photo ID is required before check-in and every guest over 18 must be named on the booking. No third-party bookings.
