You'll enjoy the private pond, panoramic views, hot tub, double custom slate shower, several decks, and space to spread out. Smart tv, fast high speed internet, propane grill, new linens, and a fully equipped kitchen make for a care free stay! Come disconnect, recharge, and make memories!



The Space:

Nestled in the heart of the enchanting Red River Gorge, On the Rocks is a spacious and inviting cabin that promises a memorable Kentucky getaway. With three bedrooms thoughtfully spread across its multiple floors, this cabin offers privacy and comfort for every guest. The rustic charm of the woodsy interior is complemented by two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and relaxation throughout your stay. Whether you're gathered in the cozy living area, preparing meals in the modern kitchen, or enjoying the panoramic views from the deck, On the Rocks is an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking both the tranquility of nature and the comforts of home in this spectacular wilderness.



This three story cabin offers a basement area with couch and a foosball table for entertainment, while the kitchen can be found on the middle floor. The top lofted area offers a TV for relaxation and a Nintendo NES gaming system for games, as well as a couple of couches. On the Rocks is the perfect location for anything you wish to do in the Red River Gorge.



We've recently added new pots and pans to the kitchen for quality cooking.



This property includes a pond on the premises. By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge that the pond may present inherent risks, including slipping, falling, drowning, and other water-related hazards. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party exercise caution near the pond. All activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk. The host assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from use of or proximity to the pond. By booking this property, guests agree to assume all risks associated with the pond and surrounding areas.

The Neighborhood:

On the Rocks is located in the Scenic Heights development with several other cabins! Located just 2 minutes from the Gorge Underground!



Getting Around:

A private driveway, easy to get in and out. with a short gravel road to arrive to the cabin.



Other Things to Note:

Each cabin is unique to specific items they include, however, RRG Getaways supplies the listed items below at all cabins as a baseline for guests. A starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like.



As your trip approaches we wanted to make you aware of some good to know info about our cabin as well as some house rules:



1. We have high speed internet!



2. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper we are on a septic and that can clog the system.



3. The hot tub should remain at aproximately 105 degrees.



4. Make sure you bring towels for the hot tub! Bath towels are provided but not hot tub towels!



5. You can get firewood on your way to the cabin, there are several places to stop along the way such as local gas stations or the Gateway to the Red shop.



6. We try to keep salt and pepper and other spices but they sometimes get used up and not replaced.



7. I would bring a blue tooth speaker to use to play music!



8. The pond does have quite a bit of fish in it! We are a catch and release ONLY, if you want to fish please bring your own supplies. This property includes a pond on the premises. 10. Traditionally Netflix, HBO Max etc work best on the internet/tv's. Amazon Prime is known to use a lot more bandwidth just as a heads up! You will need your own log in's for any internet TV you wish to watch. The TV in the loft also has an antenna so you can get local sports etc.



11. This is our families home away from home, please do not move the furniture, some of the items in the cabin were custom made for us, please be respectful and do not move them or take them. If you have questions about the photography or the custom art please let us know we are happy to share where we got them done.

13. Pets are not allowed in this cabin.



14. Charging your electric vehicle is not allowed at this cabin and will result in a fee if guests are found doing so.



15. PLEASE ensure to clean the grill when it is HOT. This is the easiest method. Failure to do so might result in additional fees for cleaning.



16. There is an exterior camera pointing at the driveway/front of the cabin.
