Located in the heart of Kissimmee’s popular vacation corridor, this home offers an ideal base for exploring Central Florida’s world-famous theme parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The Space:
The living room offers an L-shaped sofa, smart TV, high ceilings, three-panel sliding doors, a fireplace accent with a chimney feature, and artwork that adds character to the space. The open layout creates a comfortable setting for relaxing together and gathering after a day of Central Florida adventures.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The dining table seats up to four guests, with additional counter seating for up to five.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, smart TV with cable, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower.
Bedroom #2 includes two twin-size beds, smart TV with cable, and an ensuite full bathroom with a single vanity and shower.
Bedroom #3 includes two twin-size beds, smart TV with cable, and an ensuite full bathroom with a single vanity, and shower/tub combo
Bedroom #4 includes a king-size bed, smart TV with cable, desk, chaise lounger, and an ensuite full bathroom with a single vanity and shower.
There is an additional half bathroom conveniently located on the first floor.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot.
• Guests may choose to access the resort amenities for $100 per day, as rental of the property does not automatically include resort access.
• An optional off-site BBQ rental is available for $150.
• An optional Pack & Play, and highchair rental is available for $75 each.
• Washer and dryer are available for guest use in the home.
