5BD/3BA Spacious Vacation Home for up to 12 guests.
This property is located at Emerald Island Resort.
IMPORTANT: Access to the Emerald Island Resort is granted by an access card, which costs $20 per car (non refundable) paid directly to the resort.
Bedroom 1 - by entry of home has a queen bed, smart tv , access to a bathroom across hallway with a bath tub/ shower and sink;
Bedroom 2 - Master bedroom with a king size , smart t. bed / the bathroom has a walk in shower + bath tub and 2 sinks;
Bedroom 3- Mickey themed bedroom with 1 bunk bed twin size and 1 twin size bed;
Bedroom 4 - Little Memaid themed bedroom with 1 bunk bed twin size and 1 twin size bed.
The third bathroom has a bath tub/ shower and 1 sink ans it's near the last 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 5 - has a queen size bed , smart tv connects to bathroom by entry with a private door to the room
The guests can use the refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cutlery and glasses. The spacious living room has a TV and a comfy couch. We provide clean towels and bedding for all guests.
*This property does not have it's own BBQ Grill. You can rent one for $60 per entire stay and it comes with a propane tank.
*The pool heater is $45 per day must be for all stay length, $50 trip fee if requested to turn it on mid-stay,

Pets are not allowed.
Keep AC temperature between 71 and 78 degrees (as temperatures below 72°F may cause the A/C to freeze up).
