A Home to Relax and Unwind
The lounge centres on a burnt-orange sofa beside a period fireplace, with a Smart TV and Netflix ready for quiet evenings in. Room-darkening blinds in the bedrooms mean you can sleep in or rest between shifts, and the table space provides a spot to work through longer stays. Out back, a private garden with outdoor furniture is there for slower mornings and warmer days.

• Kitchen: Full kitchen with oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus fridge, freezer, dishes, wine glasses and cooking basics.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed with an arched headboard and soft linen curtains.

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, well suited to friends or family.

• Living room: Double sofa bed for the fifth guest.

• Bathroom: Full tub with overhead shower and a heated towel rail, plus a separate WC.

• Outdoor space: Private rear garden with lawn, outdoor furniture and a storage shed.

Location
Long Hanborough is a village on the edge of the Cotswolds near Woodstock, with countryside walks and two pubs a short stroll away on Main Road. Blenheim Palace sits close by, and the S7 bus and Hanborough railway station make Woodstock, Witney and Oxford easy to reach.

Good to Know Before You Book
The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, reached by a staircase, so the home is best suited to guests comfortable with stairs. Check-in is self check-in via a keybox, with full details sent on the morning of arrival. Parking is one free space on the premises. If you`d like an early check-in, please contact us in advance so we can arrange it.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
100% refund if cancelled 14 or more days before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 7 to 14 days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
