The separate bedroom provides a comfortable place to rest and recharge, with natural light, window coverings, bedside tables, lamps, closet space, and room to unpack.

On-site guest parking is provided. Snow removal is also provided during winter to make arrivals and departures easier.
As with many hillside properties in Anchorage, winter weather can create changing road and driveway conditions. Guests should arrive with a vehicle and tires appropriate for current Alaska conditions.

GUEST ACCESS AND PRIVACY
Guests have exclusive use of the fully furnished walkout lower-level suite and its separate exterior entrance.
The suite is located within our home, and the owners reside elsewhere in the house. Guests may hear normal household sounds from time to time. The interior living space of the suite is reserved exclusively for registered guests during their stay with a private entrance.
Shared access is limited to the designated outdoor amenities and areas described in the listing.
