Less than an hour west of the Twin Cities and 30 minutes south of St. Cloud this property offers quick access to lake life and relaxation. More than 100 feet of lakeshore gives you the perfect mix of swimming, fishing, boating and relaxing. Big Swan Lake is 684 acres with a max depth of 32 feet. Known for walleye, crappie, bluegill, northern pike, and largemouth bass fishing. Lake levels stay consistent in front of the house and offer a sandy bottom great for swimming and floating. If you like to enjoy the views with either a cup of coffee in the morning or beverage of choice in the evening there are plenty of choices for you. With a front patio facing the open fields, a deck with two grills and lake views, dining patio, lower patio feet from the lake, and a large back patio with comfy seating and a 6-person hot tub giving you panoramic lake views. Five comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed, three queen beds, and two twin beds, guests have plenty of space to relax. The three bathrooms feature a mix of showers, a bathtub, and a jetted bathtub for a touch of luxury.
