Lionsgate offers controlled building access, elevator access, and gated garage parking for added convenience during your stay.

Parking & Building Access

One assigned gated parking space is available with the condo. Please note that only ONE vehicle can be accommodated in the designated parking area. The parking gate is secured from 7 PM–7 AM. Guests arriving for their initial check-in should plan their arrival and vehicle access accordingly. We strongly recommend reviewing your check-in instructions before arrival to ensure a smooth entry into the property.

Additional vehicles are NOT available for parking within the community and guests are responsible for arranging alternative parking when traveling with more than one vehicle.
