Jomtien Plaza Condotel is the landmark of Jomtien beach city. The best location, directly on the Beach Road, next to the police station, with large common areas, and big real swimming pool with sea-views and gardens.
The unit is corner unit, with 270 degrees of views, and perfect unobstructed sea-view. Cooler side, 2 balconies,hot water in both showers, safety boxes, fast Internet, fully airconditioned,quality furniture, all appliances, fully accessoried real kitchen, doorbell camera, washing machine,TV-audio systems, work space with computer peripherials (added after the pictures), treadmill, and all the linen x 2 for changing and washing too.
Electricity and water consume is charged separately at 7 THB / kWh, and 60 THB / cubic meter.
