STRICTLY ENFORCED: This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and do not disturb at any time. No loud music and parties allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 10PM. If surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

POOL: The pool is not equipped with a heating system and cannot be heated.
Depth: 3.5 ft at the shallow end and 7 ft at the deep end.

Booking confirms acceptance of house rules. Violations may result in cancellation or fines.
